He saved us thousands of Dollars on repairs. On one occasion three well known companies gave us a bid to repair or replace a motor for a Hobart mixer in the amount of $5,000.00 plus. Mark, after thorough examination of the motor, found the problem to be a loose screw making the cranking noise and not the motor of the mixer. Needless to say, he saved us from spending $5,000.00 needlessly, and our Hobart mixer works like new.
