This video shows the Allrounder divider-rounder,
chunker, and proofer. Both the chunker and the
intermediate proofer were custom designed and
built for our customer.
This line is suitable for rolls, pita, tortilla
and bagels. Other applications may be
considered.
The custom chunker was designed for the uniform
feeding of dough to the divider. The chunker
accepts dough up to 800 lbs. The system
reduces manual labor by transferring dough from
mixing bowl directly into the divider.
The intermediate proofer is synchronized with
the divider. The divider's adjustable speed
and proofer's controls provide a uniform
proofing time for your product.
