Custom Built Equipment We design, build or upgrade existing equipment to enhance production or expand product lines with specialty items.
Onsite Consultation We will schedule on-site visits to evaluate your current equipment, recommend additional equipment to improve current production, and advise on funding the expansion.  Fee based service.
Onsite Repair / Service We are available for on-site service and repairs.  We can schedule repairs 24/7.  Local customers may be serviced the same day.  Nation-wide customers are serviced by scheduling times for flights and dates of service.  A written agreement is required. Invoices are payable in full upon completion of work.
In-shop Repair and Rebuilding.  We work on all types of bakery equipment although our expertise is in Winkler products.
Customized built equipment.
This video shows the Allrounder divider-rounder, chunker, and proofer. Both the chunker and the intermediate proofer were custom designed and built for our customer.
 
This line is suitable for rolls, pita, tortilla and bagels. Other applications may be considered.
 
The custom chunker was designed for the uniform feeding of dough to the divider. The chunker accepts dough up to 800 lbs. The system reduces manual labor by transferring dough from mixing bowl directly into the divider.
 
The intermediate proofer is synchronized with the divider. The divider's adjustable speed and proofer's controls provide a uniform proofing time for your product.
